I often read that it's best to have both books in order to cover all areas that will appear in the N5 exam. I have Genki I, however, if it's for the sake of 1 or 2 grammar points, could someone please point them out to me so I can look them up online?
Aswell as Genki I, I'm using the White Rabbit Press Kanji Flashcards to study for the exam. Will these 2 be enough?
I'll also look around for past papers and audio CDs.
In the N5 test, how many times is the dialogue said in the listening section? I'm hoping it's twice, because I tend to miss a lot from the sample questions on first listen |

Although the conversation is only read once, the actual question is read twice.
Pay good attention the first time the question is read, as it provides a good clue as to what you should be listening for. |
