In case it's of interest, I'd just like to mention that I've begun putting up reading comprehension questions up for Level 3. That's where a short passage or essay is presented and a series of questions about the passage are given immediately after.

I always find it more useful to read stories or short passages rather than sample sentences. As they give you a feel how to construct sentences of your own. Some need to be longer, some shorter, depending on what you are talking about, for example.
I will look into formatting these a bit more nicely soon. |
