He's really incredible. It seems that he passed one level per year.
Damn, he's going for level 2 this year now??
I studied Japanese on my own since I got into college. And now it's been two years since I graduated. I still didn't get myself pass level 4. lol...
I must say,,, he's really persistent.
I decide to take level 3 this year.
Wish me good luck, guys.

Thanks,

Although I think our forum member 'Tim' is much cooler Wink
He passed a level per year - right up to level 2. I haven't done this yet.

The bad news is, it looks like I might not be able to take the Level 2 exam this year... the reason in Japanese:

十二月七日ぐらいに私の初めての赤ちゃんが生まれる。残念ながら、日本語能力試験は行う日が同じぐらい。

Actually, in case my partner reads this... it's actually good news... not bad.

The test is on December 3rd, not the 7th. And those first ones almost always arrived late! So, you've got a week after the test before you get busy. So, why don't you just go ahead and take the test anyway? We don't want no excuses.

Very Happy

You're right, I'm being a bit slack...

That's true. Funnily, my partner had already compiled a list of taxi companies, in the event that she started having contractions while I was at the JLPT exam. She was worried about it.

But, I already have a tough time convincing my partner that I don't care more about my computer (and/or my car) than her Wink So staying home around the 3rd, and not taking the exam is a sign of my dedication...
でも、十二月3日 にたぶんコンピュータで勉強をするでしょうね。Wink

おめでとうございます!

実際に能力試験はそんなに大切なことではないね。来年に受けたらもっと簡単になるはずですね。

さらに、赤ちゃんは夜にだいたい泣いているので、漢字を勉強時間が多いと思うよ。^_^

Again, congratulations!
